Following the April administration of Peter Stevens Motorcycles and Harley-Heaven, two specialist motorcycle businesses are set for national growth, having successfully bid for the majority of their assets. Publicly-listed MotorCycle Holdings Limited leads this expansion, poised to acquire seven Peter Stevens Motorcycles and Harley Heaven outlets under a binding asset purchase agreement, strengthening its wholesale and retail footprint.
The acquisition will allow MotorCycle Holdings Limited to expand its dealership presence Perth and Adelaide while the inclusion of brand rights preserves the legacy of the Peter Stevens Motorcycles and Harley-Heaven brands. The stores will operate as MTO's fifth division and retain the Peter Stevens name "because it is so well regarded and has a strong 50-year history".
